This mixed-use development (residential, retail and commercial) consists of 4 blocks over an internal private podium formed by ground and first floor retail floor space between Parnell Street and Granby Place and a further block on the north side of Granby Place. The buildings have been carefully modelled to harmonise and integrate with their existing and proposed neighbours. The elevations to streets contain many access points, which increases the pedestrian flows in and around the scheme and to the area. |
