Located in Dublin's city centre this mixed development primarily consists of offices and
includes a community sports hall and four rooftop apartments. Four storeys of offices are arranged around
a central all glass atrium which provides both natural light and trickle ventilation. Open bridges and
fully transparent glass lifts animate the interior of the building and provide horizontal and vertical
circulation. Externally a carefully selected palette of materials such as bush hammered granite, glass,
copper and steel are applied to a highly modelled form. High quality glazing combined with external louvres
and a number of active and passive systems make the building highly energy efficient.
