The site of a former proposed American semi-conductor manufacturing facility was reverted to IDA Ireland who subsequently commissioned KMD Architecture to develop a master plan. The vision for the master plan was to create a "park" that contributed positively to the town of Greystones and delivered a high quality environment for the companies that will locate here and create the local economy. Emphasis on landscaping and special handling of car parks provision will ensure a unique business park of quality. |
