A diagonal avenue through the site reinforces the connection between the residential and retail/commercial entities. The focal point of the development is the circular arcade with 2-storey high glass façades and floating roof, with the enclosed mall entrance identified with a glass drum and a 5-storey residential block dominating the corner of the site. The varied residential blocks include duplex apartments and townhouse units with family units around an enclosed courtyard integrated with the retail development. A strong sense of community involvement is encouraged by pedestrian routes traversing the site and making local connections to adjoining developments. |
